- AIRCRAFT
INDUSTRIES, a.s. has been established as a special purpose platform to take over
the LETECKE ZAVODY a.s. assets and to continue in the L 410/L‑420 & gliders
production, servicing, upgrades and sales. The majority shareholder of AIRCRAFT
INDUSTRIES is PAMCO INT. company, traditionally well placed in the
Aeronautical, Automotive & Defence Industry, having a long‑term experience with
the L 410 aircraft including the whole range of related technical accessories,
complete service back-up, documentation packages as well as with the large scale
of commercial services (crew & technical assistance, complete training, leasing,
financial programs, etc.).

- As of July
18, 2005, AIRCRAFT INDUSTRIES has legally and
operationally taken over from LETECKE ZAVODY all
assets and the capacity to offer, sell and supply the
L 410/L‑420 aircraft, L 23 Super Blanik, L 33 Solo and L 13 AC gliders along
with all related spare parts and product support services.

the new company stated in the press release: "It will
